General Disclaimers:

Crack Repairs - We only use the highest quality epoxy resins which are more than two times stronger than concrete, however crack repairs are not guaranteed. This is common with new and old concrete. You might find the repair holds well but cracks may show up elsewhere. This is due to factors beyond our control, such as movement of concrete from vehicles, air gaps under your concrete and the normal concrete expanding / contracting process from changes in weather conditions over winter and summer.

Colour Sample Variations - Colour samples provided, whether hardboard, paper or digital are as a guide only. There will always be slight variations when compared to the finished look of your concrete. Due to numerous factors, colour accuracy shifts are common on both digital and print-based samples, therefore you will need to factor in and accept the variation when choosing a colour for your concrete. 

Previous Contractor/s Installation Issues – As a property owner it is incumbent on you to inform us in writing of any issues arising from work carried out by previous contractors which could impact our work. We are not responsible for fixing the mistakes of other tradespeople. Furthermore we are not responsible for the filling, cutting, or alignment of expansion joints, nor any gaps created by third-party’s who have installed doors , walls or concrete slab. We will do our best to assist and provide advise were possible but cannot be held responsible for any repair work relating to issues caused by others.
